I have so many plans for this summer as I do every year but often days or plans get lost or are forgotten. So this year I plan to keep a record, so that I can see my achievements and how the summer has developed. There are the jobs that are ongoing such as gardening, clearing and sorting over-packed rooms and decorating, which can be very time consuming and I do plan to include, but there are more important maybe life changing ones which must be addressed.
I need to find a new job – I have been stuck in this job for too long and now it is becoming untenable. I have been looking for awhile and sometimes make lists or save jobs that I would like to do but don't feel I have the right skill set. I want to enjoy it and feel valued and appreciated:
- Develop C.V. and application writing skills – complete course
- Catch up / complete behind the museums course
- Look and apply for jobs
- Start volunteering contact galleries Mcr Art Gallery/ Whitworth PHM Mcr Museum and National Trust
- Studio regularly
- Applications to galleries
- Applications to art opportunities
- Application for PHD or MFA or MA?
- Website up date
- Blog for talks and exhibitions
I plan to track each day with photos and comments but probably post once a week.
